Help!!! I am so mad with the network as I have lost my newly created post which I have spent almost an hour on it. Anyway, I just get to know that Ezanne has not yet started teething. It was a false alarm! Sigh.. I thought she could get to eat junk food soon. But I think mummy might be able to feed her with cereal & porridge in another month as she is coming to five months old.

By the way, little Ezanne can flip! At this point of time, she could only flip to her left. This is an achievement at four and half months old and she could flip at a fast speed.

Hmm, I wonder if you have ever seen a baby trying to do sit up at this age? I have seen baby Ezanne doing that this afternoon. She tried to lift her head and both legs high up at the same time while lying on her back. It was like us doing sit ups. I find it so hilarious as I have never seen a baby doing that before. Like a baby performing gymnastics huh.. I will try to capture it in a picture or video next time.. Watch out this space for it!

Aiyah.. I have not started teething lah. Give me some more time please..

Hip, Hip, Hurray!! I can flip! I can now pose on my own for the camera without any help from the adults.. hehe.. ;)

Xuan is now 4.5 months old. She could turn to her side while lying on the mattress. Mummy happened to see her flipped sideway and laid on her stomach last Saturday. She also tend to grab whatever things that come in her view and within her reach, including mummy's precious hair.. keke.. At times, she will squirm and wriggle like a little worm in our arms.. rubbing her head against our shoulders.

Guess what.. Ezanne will get to enjoy solid food very soon as she has started teething! It seems slightly early for a baby at 4 months old. I did suspect that she's going into the teething stage as she has been drooling frequently since her third month but mummy said that was early for an infant. The doctor advised that we could start giving her solid food as long as she is ready. Mummy and godma think that baby is ALWAYS ready for food since day one as you could see her licking her lips in the hospital.. haha.. Quite likely that she will be a glutton when she grows older as the symptoms are now showing. When you place a fork or spoon near her mouth, baby's natural instinct is to open her mouth wide.. When baby sees us munching, she will tend to stare and swallow her saliva hard.

Soooo, what can I say??? I guess most of the babies behave the same way or little Ezanne is greedier? heehee.. Hmm, I wonder when can I start feeding her with my junk food.. chocolates, ice cream, cheesecakes, yoghurt.. etc..

I wonder why Mummy & godma like to make me wear hat and bandana...

Godma bought this bandana for me.. and I do admit that I look sooo cute wearing it.. heehee..

My godma has tried to submit my smiling photo (worth a million bucks okie...) to the Four Million Smiles campaign. This picture will form part of the digital welcome mural (shape of Singapore map) for next month's International Monetary Fund & World Bank annual meeting. Singapore is playing host this year and this is the biggest 2006 event happening in Singapore.

However, my picture could not be found online.. which means that the submission is not successful. I wonder if my godma has resized my photo correctly prior to submission cos she is an IT idiot you know... keke.. Seems like I can't do my part as a baby Singaporean but it's the thought that counts.. :)

To all Ezanne's fans out there, I have a good news for you. Ezanne's photo has been selected to be published in one of the baby's photo gallery http://www.baybsupplies.net/showcase.htm.

More than a month ago, I have sent in her picture hoping that it will get published in the June baby showcase. However, the picture was not selected and I was a bit disappointed. I told mummy that I will try to send another different picture again in July. Guess what, I've got more than what I hoped for.. both Ezanne's pictures are now published in the July's baby showcase! I am quite surprised and feel so delighted. She is now a little star!!

Ezanne, godma feel so proud of you.. I am sure daddy and mummy feel the same way too. You have brighten up our lives and will be forever our twinkle little star.. :p

Mummy told me last night that Ezanne is having cough and running nose. :( She has a sensitive nose since birth and tend to sneeze a lot. Therefore, she would not have the luxury to sleep in air conditioned room during the night. Hopefully this symptom will go off when she grows older.

Godma has not been feeling well lately too and not been able to visit little Ezanne. It feels a bit weird not seeing her at least once a week. Should we blame our illness on this kind of tropical weather in Singapore, which rained only half an hour and have scorching sun in another second or we did not take good care of our health? Heehee...
